My Story
I began my training to become a therapist over 11 years ago whilst still working within a corporate environment. Alongside my training I spent almost 30 years working as a management consultant within the organisation change and design sector. I now work solely in my psychotherapy and counselling private practice, which is located near the beautiful Stonehenge near Salisbury.
My interest in training to become a psychotherapist came from my own experiences of therapy and how impactful it was for me. I had also witnessed first-hand the effect of burnout and fatigue on the mind and physical body.
I studied with the renowned Metanoia Institute in London, gaining a Clinical Post Graduate Diploma in Contemporary Person-Centred Psychotherapy and Applications. I am a registered and accredited member of the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and abide by the UKCP Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.
I am also a member of the Person-Centred Association (tPCA) and Metanoia Institute (MI).
