Counselling and psychotherapy for individuals

Welcome

My name is Tracey, and I am a Person-Centred psychotherapist, counsellor and clinical supervisor working in Winterbourne Stoke, Salisbury, Wiltshire, on the telephone and online.

Whatever has brought you here today, therapy offers a safe space to help us make sense of and find meaning in our lives and our experiences. It is an opportunity to reflect on how we see ourselves.

  • Whether you have recently experienced a traumatic or life changing event.
  • Are you currently feeling depressed, anxious, confused, overwhelmed, isolated, or lonely?
  • Have a sense of something needs to change, but you’re not sure what?
  • Have memories of a traumatic experience, suffered relationship or family problems, or have experienced a loss or any form of abuse in the past?

I am here to provide a confidential, compassionate, safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions in a way that suits you.

The therapeutic space is your time – a place to be heard, understood, and accepted.

My Approach

I work with clients on both a short-term and long-term basis, depending on your needs.

As a person-centred psychotherapist and counsellor, I respect that we are all unique, individual and complex. That uniqueness creates the framework for how we perceive ourselves, other people and our own view of the world. Therapy can facilitate and empower you to find the answers and solutions within yourself.

Areas I Help With

I have a specific interest in working with developmental trauma and adverse childhood experiences. In your sessions, we can work to help you understand how early childhood experiences might have impacted your life and relationships. My expertise also covers attachment-based issues, along with anxiety and depression and neurodiversity (ADHD/ADD/Dyslexia/Dyspraxia).

Head over to my Areas I Help With for further detail.

Initial Session

I offer an initial free 20-minute telephone consultation. This gives us the chance to discuss the reasons you are thinking of coming to therapy, whether it could be helpful for you and if I am the right therapist for you.

Session Length and Fees

Individual Session – £65 (50 minutes)

Supervision Session - £65 (60 minutes)

I do offer a limited number of spaces at a student/concessionary rate (please contact me for more information).
